The CSP Awards 2024 - Call for Applications

The Chemical Society of Pakistan is pleased to recognize the achievements of CSP members in the field of chemistry. In this respect, the Chemical Society of Pakistan invites applications from its members for awards and fellowships. The following are the categories of awards.

  1. The CSP Fellowship 2025 (Download Form)
  2. The CSP Gold Medal 2024 for those under 40  (Download Form): The applicant must be under 40 years of age on 31 December 2024. Progress beyond 31 December 2024 will not be considered for evaluation purposes.
  3. The CSP Best Research Paper Award 2024 (Download Form): Research article published in 2024 as the corresponding author in a journal with the highest impact factor (ISI impact factor is acceptable only) 
  4. The CSP Best Review Article Award 2024 (Download Form): Review article published in 2024 as the corresponding author in the highest impact factor journal (ISI impact factor is acceptable only)
  5. The CSP Overall Highest Impact Factor Award 2024 (Download Form) (ISI impact factor is acceptable only) was secured by a CSP member in 2024. The impact factor secured in 2024 will be counted, while the impact factor secured before 2024 will not be considered. This award will be given based on articles published in 2024 only.

The Chemical Society of Pakistan will award certificates of appreciation and gold medals in the inauguration ceremony of the upcoming 23rd International and 35th National Chemistry Conference [CHEMCON25], which will be held at the Department of Chemistry at Government College University Faisalabad (GCUF), Pakistan.

Eligibility and Application Guidelines

  1. Each applicant may apply for only one award.
  2. Individuals who have received any CSP award within the past five years are not eligible, in order to maximize recognition opportunities for CSP members.
  3. The applicant must be a valid CSP member as of 30th September 2025.
  4. The last date for submission of hard copies (two) of the application form, along with all required supporting documents, is 30th September 2025. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
