We are excited to announce the upcoming CSP Election 2024 and invite you to participate in the nomination process. Your engagement is essential in identifying and selecting the CSP executive member who will drive our chemical society forward.  

Nomination Submission Deadline: June 30, 2024

How to Submit a Nomination:
  1. Download the nomination form.
  2. Complete the form with the required details.

  1. Previous membership lists which were published online on the CSP website will be used for the current election.
  2. Each ballot paper should be signed by the chairman or any other members of the Election Committee as assigned by the chairman.
  3. The ballots should be dispatched by courier service to all the members of the CSP member. Receipt of all dispatched ballots and undelivered/returned ballots should be account balanced. The election committee must hand over all the records related to couriers such as courier service receipts and undelivered/returned ballots to the Secretary General on the evening of 27th April 2015 and the remaining record of the election should be handed over to the Secretary General immediately after announcement of election results.
  4. The members of the Election Committee neither contest nor nominate any person for any post of executive council.
  5. The Election Committee will not be authorized to cancel the election in any circumstances. It should report problems faced to the Secretary General of The Chemical Society of Pakistan who will take decisions on matters of dispute after consultation with the EC members, and with the approval of the President.
  6. The official e-mail addresses and the letterhead of the CSP will not be used for the election campaign by the contesting candidates.
  7. No current EC member has the right to influence the election committee under any circumstances, if so, the Chairman Election Committee has the right to file a complaint against him/her to the Secretary-General.
